to leadership.

Using logic, evidence and pastoral wisdom, Steve works alongside leaders and organisations to help them discover a unique way forward for their context.

Steve has been involved in senior leadership for the last 3 decades.
He has worked:

  • as a pastor
  • as a consultant for denominations
  • in professional standards and child protection
  • in schools with principals
  • with school leaderships, denominations and not-for-profits reviewing organisations
  • coaching leaders.

Steve was introduced to focused leadership through the Arrow leadership program in the early 1990’s and has pursued an interest in research, study and reading as a result. He has completed his Masters of Organisational Leadership through Monash University alongside a Bachelor of Theology and Graduate Diploma in Ministry.

Steve has served on numerous boards and committees. He currently is a board member of BaptistCare WA, a strategic consultant for the Carey Group board and participates as a member of the Australian Baptist Ministry board as chair-elect.
